Development Platforms
We currently offer three development platforms. Each of these platforms is intended to be just that: Platforms that launch each leader and organization into a journey of ongoing growth and change.
The Lentium Institute
The Lentium Institute is a 3-5 day in-person intensive development platform that guides leaders on a robust journey through our learning framework.
During 40-45 hours of engagement, we employ a mixed-media curriculum and engagement with thought leaders, the local community, and Lentium Facilitators addressing the intellect, heart, and hands of the participants, with the hopeful outcome that each cohort member experiences personal, and thus corporate transformation.
Lentium Insight
Building on the development provided in the Institute, this platform offers continued development and learning through an online, three-session intensive (about 6 hours total, over multiple days).
These intensives offer a blend of lectures, discussions, and coursework consisting of books, articles, films, documentaries, podcasts, and other media between sessions.
Insight intensives will be led by members of The Lentium Group and Lentium Partners who are distinguished in their knowledge of the subject matter.

Lentium Prism
Lentium Prism provides a nuanced, deeper exposure and learning opportunity into specific areas of culture, race, power, ethnicity, and the interrelational dynamic of these areas.
