Fundamental to Lentium’s intercultural development process are principles of the Adult Learning Model (Malcolm Knowles), utilizing direct experiences and feedback informing self-leadership and the entire Lentium process. Through the Lentium process, we teach individuals and organizations to become more culturally proficient, responsive, and adaptable leaders.
Intercultural Assessment
To move forward you must first identify where you are. Utilizing a data-based assessment, you will discover where you are on an intercultural continuum, allowing you to base your goals on reality.
Intercultural Skill Development
Together we craft a unique, individualized plan to develop the intercultural skills necessary to achieve your desired personal and/or organizational results.
This plan can include things such as (but not limited to): Working through an Individual Development Plan, utilizing a P.E.S.T. analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technological), strategic planning, and policy analysis.
Institutes
These multi-day intensives are in-depth environments that provide refined experiences and additional skill sets for your organization (length of time tailored to the client).
Conflict Resolution
Utilizing a data-based assessment providing feedback regarding intercultural conflict dynamics and conflict resolution strategies, we incorporate conflict communication strategies and tactics providing access to meaningful engagement and a path forward.
Coaching
Ongoing coaching is available to clients who engage in their intercultural skill development process. Participants will receive regular feedback, evaluation, and engagement.
Virtual
We offer virtual programming, learning, and engagement opportunities for individuals, high-performing teams, working groups/departments, and companies that provide information, skills, and intercultural development essential to achieve your desired results.
